08 Feb OLIVTECH 2017-ΕΚΘΕΣΗ ΑΓΡΟΤΙΚΩΝ ΠΡΟΪΟΝΤΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΤΕΧΝΟΛΟΓΙΩΝ ΣΤΗΝ ΣΜΥΡΝΗ
Στο πιο καινούριο και πιο μοντέρνο εκθεσιακό κέντρο της Τουρκίας, στη Σμύρνη θα διεξαχθεί η έβδομη έκθεση για τις ελιές το λάδι, το γάλα τα γαλακτοκομικά προϊόντα, και τις νέες τεχνολογίες παραγωγής τους, τον Απρίλιο του 2017. Ο στόχος της έκθεσης είναι να εμπλουτίσει την αγορά με νέα προϊόντα και τεχνολογίες γύρω από τον αγροτο-βιοτεχνικό χώρο.
Θα υπάρχει ένα σεμινάριο γευσιγνωσίας με τους συμμετέχοντες να έχουν τη δυνατότητα να δοκιμάσουν διαφορετικές γεύσεις από όλη την Τουρκία και όχι μόνο. Θα προβληθεί το ντοκυμαντέρ του Nilgün Yanık Emiroğlu και Ramazan Emiroğlu (Αθάνατη Ελιά), γύρω από την ιστορία της ελιάς. Θα υπάρχουν ομιλίες γύρω από την αέναη σχέση ανθρώπου και ελιάς, και την οικονομία γύρω από τον μαγικό καρπό και τα παράγωγα του.
Όλα αυτά θα γυρίζουν γύρω από τις ελαιοπαραγωγικές χώρες της Μεσογείου, τη γεωγραφία, τις ποικιλίες και άλλα θα γίνουν στις 28 Απριλίου. Θα γίνουν σεμινάρια στις 29 Απριλίου, γύρω από την καλλιέργεια και τις καινούριες γεωπονικές μεθόδους καταπολέμησης ζιζανίων, αποκαλύπτοντας τρόπους μείωσης του κόστους καλλιέργειας με τη χρησιμοποίηση νέων τεχνικών, φιλικών προς το περιβάλλον.

Turkey`s newest and most modern exhibition center Izmir Fair Will open its doors to the world for the 7th Olive, Olive Oil, Milk, Dairy Products and Technologies Fair on April 26th through 29th 2017.
OLIVTECH 2017 fair will enrich its product line with a new addition of Dairy Products, Fermented Products and Technologies under the name of “Gourmet Izmir”
Olive Oil Tasting Workshop” organized for the first three days of Fair. Participants of the tasting workshop will also receive participation certificate. Visitors that will participate in Tasting Workshop can make their pre-registration from the website of the Fair. The documentary “Ölümsüz Z.” (Immortal O.) poetically presenting the history of olive and shot by Nilgün Yanık Emiroğlu and Ramazan Emiroğlu will be shown on the first day of the Fair. Seminars consisting speeches on the topic of “Olive and Human” in which ideas about the importance of “Economy of Edible Olive and Olive Oil” by associating it with countries’ geographies and locations will be shared, will be organized on April 28. Seminars in which information exchange about “Olive Farming” and “Olive Oil, Edible Olive and Quality” revealing great efforts for fields and specifics of olive farming will be made, will be organized on April, 29.
