All members of the family as soon as they start walking they join us in the harvest. Often the fall asleep on top of the olives because they do not want to stop the rythm that the harvesting team has. They get tired but they are patient until the day finishes with the olives in the baskets and straight to the mill for the production of the precious Rhizoma olive oil.
